Tamari is original of soy sauce and it is by-product of Miso paste.  We ferment our Miso paste naturally in the vat with heavy weight directory on top of the paste. The weight squeezes excess liquid of miso paste and liquid rises up which is Tamari.

No MSG added, GMO free, Gluten free, Unpasteurised.
