Instructions
  1. Put water and dried kelp in a pot. Leave for at least 10mins.
  2. Turn heat on. Take the kelp out just before water boils. And turn heat off.
  3. Add Bonito flakes to the pot and let Bonito flakes sink. (Don't stir the flakes. Slowly push down with chopsticks or ladle.)
  4. Once the flakes sunk, strain the stock with fine sieve.
