Instructions
- Put water and dried kelp in a pot. Leave for at least 10mins.
- Turn heat on. Take the kelp out just before water boils. And turn heat off.
- Add Bonito flakes to the pot and let Bonito flakes sink. (Don't stir the flakes. Slowly push down with chopsticks or ladle.)
- Once the flakes sunk, strain the stock with fine sieve.
