Instructions
  1. make mixture of misomite and cooking wine.
  2. Marinate fish and leave for a couple of hours at least, over night would be better.
  3. cook in the pan or grill in the oven or BBQ.
Recipe Notes

I personally recommend oily fish like salmon, white warehau, jack mackeral etc.

You can keep marinated fish for 2-4 days but please do at your own risk.

You also can marinade any meat with misomite but I prefer to use Umami salt for meat.
